I offer group livestream classes online that you can join from wherever you find yourself in the world, 1:1 classes for those of us looking for a more personalized journey, and private group yoga for special events.

Private Group Classes

Private group sessions foster a sense of belonging and connection within your families, circles of friends, communities, and organizations.

Private yoga sessions are great for vacations, family/friend get togethers, bachelor/ette parties, corporate wellness, work parties, the list goes on…

We work together prior to the session to ensure the needs of the group are addressed. Sessions include mindfulness, movement, breathwork, modifications as needed, manual adjustments as desired, etc.
